Since the announcement in our Veterans Day newsletter, our partnership has made progress on the repair, restoration and refinishing of the plaques and the construction of the St. George WWII Monument. It will be located in the St. George section of St. John Vianney Cemetery.
We are starting to plan a dedication ceremony sometime around the 80th Anniversary of D-Day in June.
Please help us to contact any WWII veterans and families who could attend the dedication ceremony with a possible reception to follow.
